Hello world!

Hey there! I'm othercannon, and I just made this site. I'll use this blog post as a sort of introduction to my game, and where I'm at so far.

Obelisk is a voxel sandbox game, with a high focus on exploration (ok it's not the most original concept ik).

I've been working on Obelisk for about a year now. I've switched engines, programming languages, and/or frameworks at least 8 times, and have rapidly changed the scope of the game over the past couple months.

The original idea was a full space sandbox, inspired by my time playing Galacticraft and how I wished for it to be grander in scope, more things to do, and be unhampered by Minecraft's engine limitations.
